Anyone else find it difficult to sit still to meditate? I have always been challenged by the stillness of meditation – my brain goes in a million different directions and I end up feeling discouraged because I can’t seem to focus on the peace and stillness that I am supposed to be experiencing.

So, I created this quick 5-minute Guided meditation! I dab on some lavender and listen to it so I can calm my crazy brain and enjoy instant peace and relaxation.
