Moving is hard and stressful. I think I read somewhere that moving, divorce, loss of job, and death/illness of a loved one are the most stressful events that can happen to a person. I am dealing with 3 out of the 4.

How do I navigate these sweeping changes without losing my mind? How can I stay present while maintaining focus. In the infamous words of Stevie Nicks: “Can I handle the seasons of my life?”
